Free Australia Post Express Shipping for orders are over AU$100.

 

Free Australia Post standard shipping for orders are under AU$100.

 

DHL Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available with an additional AU$15 flat fee.

 

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving online order with full payment except if the order is placed over the weekend or Australian Public holidays.

 

If an order is unavailable you will be contacted within 24 hours for an alternative or a full refund provided.

 

We do not offer international delivery. 

 

Please note that due to the Covid-19 Australia Post has experienced a delay with their deliveries, if you need your products urgently, we strongly suggest a DHL Express shipping option. 

 

Return

 

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new and unused condition, with original protection film and tags attached, within 7 days after the watch has been delivered. Returned items must not be worn, altered or engraved.

 

To return an item(s), please follow the instructions:

1. Email info@jonasverus.com.au with your purchase approval.

2. Do not send the item(s) back until receiving our email confirmation.

3. Securely pack your item(s) and please try to use the original shipping box and materials or similar.

4. Send to the return address provided by our confirmation email.

5. Email info@jonasverus.com.au with your shipping proof.

6. Within 48 hours upon receipt of the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
