WARRANTY

JONAS&VERUS warrants that JONAS&VERUS fashion watches are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. A copy of the receipt or stamped warranty card is required for proof of purchase. The warranty card needs to be filled by an authorized dealer with the indication of the original purchase date.

JONAS&VERUS Technical Service Centre provides all the necessary maintenance and repair service for your JONAS&VERUS watches beyond the warranty period for a fee. Please contact your local authorized service center.

Note: The warranty offered by JONAS&VERUS is independent of those additional services or warranty terms and conditions that may be available by distributors.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, damage of surface and color fading, of exterior parts (case, metal strap, watch glass, buckle, crown, bottom cap and front coil).

- Normal wear and tear of non-metallic materials (cortex, nemaline and rubber materials).

- Normal wear and tear of electroplated coating beyond the warranty period.

- Any damage resulting from abuse, accidents, misuse, or negligence of operating instruction.

- JONAS&VERUS watches dismantled by any unauthorized personnel/service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

JONAS&VERUS and its distributors shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or loss that may arise from the sale and use of this watch.
